Description:
Join our team as a Manufacturing Sciences Scientist II, where you'll contribute to the development and optimization of technologies and methods that ensure the consistent production of molecular biology products. As part of our Manufacturing Sciences team, you'll work at the intersection of research and manufacturing, supporting process and method optimization, technology transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and help ensure robust, scalable manufacturing processes that meet quality standards.

Requirements:

• MSc in natural sciences or BSc with some hands-on experience.

• Preferred Fields of Study: Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related scientific field.

• Ability to conduct experiments with a moderate level of supervision and mentorship.

• Project management and documentation skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

• May require occasional weekend/off-hours support.

• Good English.

Salary
1983- 2970 gross/month

The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and competencies.

Compensation

The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €1 983,33–€2 970,83.
