In this role, you will contribute to the further development of EUV lithography systems and help ensure the highest cleanliness and quality standards across demanding development and production processes.
Your role
- Support requirements management for contamination prevention in new EUV lithography systems
- Define specifications for products, supplier parts and process chains with regard to cleanliness criteria
- Review initial samples and perform tolerance assessments for series parts
- Contribute to the development of new contamination metrology for EUV test setups and lithography scanner applications
- Provide technical support to development partners and suppliers
- Coordinate lifetime testing as well as surface and coating analysis to investigate EUV and plasma interactions
- Take responsibility for core competencies in particulate contamination prevention, particle measurement technology and particle generation

Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in chemistry, physics or engineering, ideally with a master’s degree or equivalent
- PhD or relevant professional experience is an advantage
- Experience in leading development projects
- Knowledge of vacuum and ultra-high vacuum technology is desirable
- Knowledge of lithography systems and their applications is an advantage
- Very strong expertise in surface chemistry and surface physics
- Ability to coordinate and motivate interdisciplinary teams
- High level of commitment and strong performance orientation
- Business fluent English skills
