Als Schweißer (m/w/d) erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreicher und verantwortungsvoller Aufgabenbereich in einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld. Sie arbeiten an spannenden Projekten, tragen aktiv zur Qualitätssicherung bei und bringen Ihre Fachkenntnisse ein, um unsere Fertigungsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf präzisem und qualitativ hochwertigem Schweißen – insbesondere WIG und MIG/MAG Schweißen.

Ihre Verantwortung

• Ausführung von Schweißarbeiten an Blechteilen und Baugruppen
• Bearbeitung von Fertigungsaufträgen im Haus sowie Montage beim Kunden
• Durchführung aller vorgegebenen Qualitätsprüfungen
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung im Arbeitsbereich
• Instandhaltung und Pflege der Maschinen, Geräte und Einrichtungen
• Technische Problemlösungen in der Produktion in Abstimmung mit den Vorgesetzten
• Durchführung der Werker-Selbstprüfung

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d)
  (Alternativ: Konstruktionsmechaniker, Metallbauer oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung im Bereich Metallverarbeitung/Blechbearbeitung)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Metallbearbeitung und Blechverarbeitung
• Fundierte Schweißkenntnisse, idealerweise mit gültigen WIG 141- MAG 135 Schweißzertifikaten
• Umgang mit Maschinen, Pressen und Schneidwerkzeugen
• Lesen und Umsetzen technischer Zeichnungen
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
• Bereitschaft zum 2-/3-Schichtbetrieb sowie Mehrarbeit
• Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland
