School Floor Supervisor

Egypt Education Platform is excited to announce an opening for a School Floor Supervisor at GEMS British International School Al Rehab. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and student-focused professional who is passionate about maintaining a safe, positive, and well-managed school environment while supporting the daily operations of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students during arrival, dismissal, break times, transitions, and other designated areas throughout the school day.
• Monitor student behaviour and ensure compliance with the school's policies and expectations.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for students, staff, and visitors.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to student incidents, concerns, and emergencies.
• Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and the leadership team to support student wellbeing and behaviour management.
• Conduct regular patrols of school facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
• Assist with the coordination and supervision of school events, assemblies, and emergency drills.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and communicate relevant information to the appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in school operations, student supervision, pastoral care, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
• A professional, approachable, and student-centred attitude.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
