**Responsibilities:**
- Provide psychological support and counseling services to students.
- Promote students' mental health and well-being.
- Develop and implement counseling programs and activities.
- Monitor and report on counseling performance and metrics.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to support student mental health.

**Skills:**
- Strong counseling and psychological assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of counseling best practices and tools.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in school counseling.
- Professional certification in counseling preferred.
