SCD Project Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of regional supply chain projects.
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Commercial.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure governance standards are followed.
• Follow up with stakeholders on action items and project deliverables.
• Assist in identifying project risks and escalating issues when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
• Perform data analysis using Excel to support project decision-making.
• Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for project updates and leadership reviews.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Engineering, or Project Coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, data analysis, charts, dashboards).
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
• Good business acumen with the ability to understand operational and financial impacts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an FMCG environment.
• Exposure to project management methodologies or PMO practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
