Role Overview:

The Team Lead will be responsible for driving secured loan business (HL/MSME/LAP) in the assigned territory by leading a team of sales officers. The role demands hands-on experience in B2C field sales, customer acquisition, and strong leadership skills to meet business targets and ensure high-quality portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 8–10 sales executives to achieve loan disbursement and business targets.

• Drive sales of secured loan products (Home Loan, MSME Loan, LAP) through direct sourcing and field sales.

• Conduct joint field visits with team members to improve productivity and conversion.

• Ensure proper lead generation, pipeline management, and timely closure of cases.

• Guide, mentor, and train team members for skill development and performance improvement.

• Monitor sales activities, track daily performance, and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and local market influencers.

• Maintain compliance with credit, policy, and regulatory guidelines during customer onboarding and loan processing.

• Ensure portfolio quality and minimize delinquency by sourcing the right customer base.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in team handling with proven performance in B2C field sales.

• Must have handled a team of 8–10 sales resources.

• Strong exposure to Secured Loans (Home Loan, MSME Loan, Loan Against Property).

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of local markets, customer segments, and sales channels.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Finance or related field preferred.
