Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Level University / College Degree

• Experience in a IT technical environment preferably in an Application support role

• Willingness to learn and grow

• off hours on-call support may be required

Preferred: 

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment 

• Individual must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills. 

• Ability to develop and exercise task specific plans with minimal supervision.
