Role - SAP SD/MM & SAP SD+CS Consultant

Description:

· 5+ years’ experience in SAP - Material Management/SAP SD

· Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines

· Understand & analyze requirements

· Develop technical design specification & translate design into specifications and program codes.

· Develop unit test package, execute test and document test results to ensure the quality of the program.

· Conduct review & integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables before handing over to users for UAT

· Provide global application maintenance service to users on company supported SAP Business Applications

· Provide global application maintenance support service to users via email and phone based on company methodologies, standard and tools

· In-depth knowledge of SAP-SD module. Knowledge of CRM and/or SSF Ticketing Tools will be an added advantage.

· Conversant with relevant knowledge of business processes

· Basic knowledge of ITIL best practices (IT infrastructure library).
