Are you an experienced SAP S/4 Project Manager with a passion for driving large-scale, multi-country SAP S/4HANA rollouts? Do you thrive in complex stakeholder environments and have a knack for stringent project controlling?

We are looking for a hands-on SAP S/4 Project Manager to lead the deployment of a global template across multiple countries.

The Mission:
Lead the planning and execution of a massive rollout program across various countries, plants, and business units. You will be the key interface ensuring alignment with the global roadmap, managing cutovers, and steering the project through hypercare.

Key Focus Areas:
✅ Rollout Execution: Manage the full lifecycle from planning to go-live, ensuring strict adherence to the global S/4HANA template.
✅ Project Controlling: Own the budget, resources, and timeline. Provide transparent status reporting (KPIs, risks) to the SteerCo and identify deviations early.
✅ Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between global program management, local business stakeholders, and IT/functional teams.
✅ Change Management: Drive organizational readiness, adoption, and user enablement across all rollout entities.
✅ Quality & Risk: Manage SIT/UAT cycles and ensure a smooth transition into operations.

What you bring:
🔹 5+ years of SAP Project/Program Management experience.
🔹 Proven track record in S/4HANA rollout programs (template-based, multi-country).
🔹 Strong understanding of global template governance and industrialized delivery approaches.
🔹 Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
🔹 Fluent in English and Serbian/Croatian (Mandatory).
