We are seeking an experienced SAP PP-PI Consultant with strong expertise in Production Planning for Process Industries (PP-PI) and SAP S/4HANA transformations. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Migration projects and are passionate about delivering scalable manufacturing solutions for complex enterprise environments.

As an SAP PP-PI Consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to design, configure, and optimize production planning processes. You will play a critical role in SAP implementation, migration, testing, and post-go-live support while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and adherence to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support SAP PP-PI processes across manufacturing operations.
• Participate in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Migration projects, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
• Manage Production Planning, Process Orders, MRP, BOM, Routing, Master Recipes, and Production Versions.
• Configure and support Batch Management and process manufacturing functionalities.
• Collaborate with MM, QM, WM, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP PP-PI solutions.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover activities, and go-live execution.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, recommend process improvements, and provide ongoing production support.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP-PI consulting and production planning.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, including Brownfield Migration projects.
• Deep understanding of Process Manufacturing, Process Orders, MRP, Master Recipes, PI Sheets, Batch Management, and Production Versions.
• Proven experience integrating SAP PP-PI with MM, QM, WM, and related SAP modules.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Experience working on large-scale global SAP implementation or transformation programs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality SAP solutions in a fast-paced environment.
