SAP HCM Consultant

What You’ll Do

• Implement, configure and maintain SAP HCM solutions across core HR modules

• Design, configure, test and document end-to-end HCM processes, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management and Employee Self-Service

• Work closely with HR, IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP HCM and other SAP modules

• Support data migration activities, system upgrades and enhancement projects

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR systems performance and stability

• Act as a functional advisor, ensuring SAP HCM solutions align with business and compliance requirements
