SAP Finance Lead Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Lead Consultant to lead Finance stream activities within SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects. The consultant will be responsible for solution design, business process transformation, testing, data migration, and deployment across key finance areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Finance workstreams during S/4HANA implementations and migrations.

• Conduct business workshops and gather requirements.

• Design and optimize finance processes and system solutions.

• Support data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.

• Provide functional leadership and stakeholder management.

• Ensure adoption of SAP best practices and S/4HANA standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as SAP FI/CO Consultant, Lead Consultant, or Subject Matter Expert.

• Participation in at least 3 SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.

• Proven experience in a mixture of the following areas:  GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Controlling (CO)

• SAP S/4HANA Finance related certification

• Experience in business process analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent command of Polish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.

• Experience in large enterprise transformations.
