Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance (FI/CO) professional to lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, implement and optimize finance solutions while driving operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Finance transformation projects.

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA FI/CO solutions.

• Optimize AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting and Controlling processes.

• Support finance operating model and shared services transformations.

• Lead workshops, testing, cutover and go-live activities.

• Manage stakeholders and provide strategic SAP Finance advisory services.

• Mentor consultants and support business development activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO).

• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and COPA.

• Experience with SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting is advantageous.

• Experience with SAP Fiori, BTP and Embedded Analytics.

• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field.

• SAP FI/CO certification preferred.

• 5–10+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience.

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
