Job description

Gather and analyze business requirements from healthcare customers and translate them into SAP IS-H system functionalities
Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP IS-H modules such as Patient Management (PM), Patient Accounting (PA), and medical documentation
Optimize healthcare processes by leveraging SAP functionalities, ensuring alignment with best practices in the healthcare industry
Develop comprehensive functional specifications for ABAP development objects, including enhancements and interfaces, and oversee their testing to ensure proper functionality
Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom programming as needed
Design and document data conversion plans and strategies, as well as develop and execute detailed cutover plans
Create test scripts and coordinate the execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Develop a comprehensive training plan, create detailed training materials, and conduct training sessions to end-users
Assist in the sales process by conducting scope analysis, designing innovative SAP IS-H solutions, and preparing compelling
Independently manage the IS-H track by developing and maintaining project timelines, overseeing the change management process, preparing detailed status reports, and providing concise management summaries
