SAP Business Partner Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Independent processing of requests for the adjustment and expansion of the existing business concept for the SAP Business Partner module;
• Creation of concept documents and cost estimates for requirements within the Business Partner environment, in accordance with Miele and SAP standards;
• Independent configuration in S/4 Sales and SAP CRM/ERP, as well as the execution of functional and system integration tests;
• Providing Level 3 support for BP solutions including identifying, reproducing, analysis and resolving reported incidents in close collaboration with key users, business and IT experts from different domain, and maintaining knowledge articles;
• Supporting internal and external developers during project implementation and working closely with key users and business support in the operational area.

Profile:

• Extensive knowledge of the SAP Business Partner module, including CVI, BDT and WebUI, as well as integration aspects within S/4HANA itself and in SAP CRM/ERP;
• Experience in SAP Business Partner integration with S/4 Sales, cloud solutions such as SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud;
• Knowledge of debugging in ABAP and technical objects such as user exits, BADIs, routines and other enhancements;
• Knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology and SAP best practices;
• Technical expertise from at least 3 SAP ERP/S/4HANA implementations and rollout projects, and at least 5 years’ experience in the aforementioned areas;
• High motivation to engage in challenging projects and drive initiatives forward, as well as excellent communication skills;
• Good written and spoken English; additional knowledge of German is an advantage.
