Job Description:-

Working with peers and Senior leadership team to drive the SAP Basis compliance. Develop, implement, maintain, and improve team procedures, and controls. Coordinate with architects and other organizations to understand industry trends and the latest advancements in the SAP space. Responsible for staff located in multiple locations and providing backup to other managers as required. Responsible for implementing programs and policies to achieve specific technical delivery goals. Accountable for team's performance on goals, employee attributes, and project delivery. Responsible for developing, maintaining, tracking, and reporting on team capital and operational budgets
