About your role

This role focuses on supporting the deployment of SAP S/4HANA in a manufacturing environment, playing a key part in the transition from legacy systems to a greenfield ERP implementation. The position works closely with global manufacturing, IT and business teams to support deployment, testing and go-live activities, ensuring alignment with quality, operational and financial standards.

The role involves hands-on collaboration with factory operations, including manufacturing execution, planning and shop floor activities, while acting as a bridge between local teams and global process owners. It also supports change management and stabilization efforts during ramp-up, with on-site involvement during critical phases such as testing and go-live

Responsibilities:

• Support the deployment of SAP S/4HANA within a manufacturing environment, contributing to implementation, testing and go-live activities.
• Act as a liaison between global manufacturing process teams, factory operations, IT and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Support the transition of factory operations from legacy systems to a greenfield S/4HANA setup, ensuring adherence to corporate quality and financial standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams on execution, planning and shop floor activities, working closely with operators during critical phases.
• Participate in testing cycles, defect tracking and validation activities in coordination with IT and implementation partners.
• Support change management, stabilization and ramp-up activities for a newly launched manufacturing site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP-supported execution and planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with global stakeholders, factory operations and IT teams.
• Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in a manufacturing and business context
