The Role

The São Paulo office of Clifford Chance seeks corporate lawyers to work in the market leading locally based team on a variety of corporate transactions including in-bound and out-bound M&A, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital and similar transactions. A flexible and adaptable approach to working on a range of corporate and occasional finance transactions is required in a smaller office environment.

Your Experience

Stellar academic credentials and major London law firm corporate experience. Excellent technical legal skills as well as strong interpersonal skills are essential and a knowledge of Portuguese is preferable although by no means essential.

Preferred 1-3 years PQE.
