As a Sanitation Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of various facilities, including office buildings, condos, and personalized spaces. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of janitorial and sanitation tasks to create a welcoming and safe environment for occupants. We offer both full-time and part-time positions at multiple locations in and around Baltimore.


Key Responsibilities:

 

Cleaning and Sanitizing: Execute meticulous cleaning and sanitization procedures for various areas, including restrooms, common spaces, and personalized environments. Employ industry best practices to eliminate contaminants and ensure a safe, hygienic atmosphere.


Chemical Handling Proficiency: Expertly manage, store, and apply an array of cleaning agents and chemicals in strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines. Ensure the effective and responsible use of chemicals, protecting the health of all occupants.


Waste Management: Systematically gather, categorize, and appropriately dispose of waste materials, encompassing general trash, recycling, and any hazardous substances. Maintain a keen eye for detail to prevent environmental and safety risks.


Surface Maintenance Excellence: Display a mastery of surface cleaning and maintenance, covering floors, walls, windows, fixtures, and equipment. Employ specialized techniques and equipment to preserve the pristine condition of all surfaces.


Restocking Prowess: Proactively oversee and replenish supplies, including cleaning agents, restroom essentials, and consumables, ensuring seamless access for building occupants. Display attentiveness to inventory levels and restock as needed.


Equipment Operation Proficiency: Skillfully operate a diverse range of janitorial equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, power washers, and more. Execute equipment maintenance and safety checks to guarantee optimal performance.


Quality Assurance Vigilance: Uphold the highest sanitation and cleanliness standards through regular inspections and quality control measures. Identify areas for improvement and take immediate corrective actions when deviations occur.


Health and Safety Commitment: Champion a culture of safety and well-being by strictly adhering to health and safety guidelines. Ensure the secure handling of chemicals and equipment while promoting a secure work environment for all.


Waste Reduction Initiatives: Develop strategies for reducing waste and promoting sustainable practices. Collaborate with the team to implement eco-friendly solutions and minimize environmental impact.
