ພະນັກງານກຽມຕົວຢ່າງ (Preparation Technician)

ບໍລິສັດ ALS ເປັນກຸ່ມບໍລິສັດດຳເນີນການທາງດ້ານຫ້ອງທົດລອງແລ ວີໄຈ ມີຫ້ອງທົດລອງໃນຫລາຍປະເທດທົ່ວໂລກ ລວມທັງ ປະເທດລາວ ເຊີ່ງມີສຳນັກງານໃຫຍ່ຕັ້ງຢູ່ ນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ ມີສາຂາຢູ່ ປາກເຊ ໃນ ສ.ປ.ປ. ລາວແລະພະນົມເປັນປະເທດກໍາປູເຈ່ຍເຊິ່ງຮັບຜິດຊອບໃນການວິເຄາະ ແລະ ວິໄຈ ແຮ່ທາດ. ພວກເຮົາກໍາລັງຊອກຫາພະນັກງານເພື່ອມາຮ່ວມງານປະຈຳຢູ່  ນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ

ຫນ້າທີ່ຮັບຜິດຊອບລວມມີ:

• ຈັດລຽງຕົວແບບ ຕາມແບບຟອມສະເໜີຂອງລູກຄ້າ, ເກັບກໍາຄວາມແຕກຕ່າງໃສ່ເອກະສານຈັດລຽງຕົວແບບ.
• ນໍາໃຊ້ອຸປະກອນຕຽມຕົວແບບຕ່າງໆ ຕາມລະບຽບການທີ່ວາງອອກ ໃນຂໍ້ກໍາໜົດ ຄຸນນະພາບວຽກງານກ່ຽວຂ້ອງ.
• ຕິດບາໂຄດໃສ່ຕົວແບບ ທີ່ຈັດລຽງແລ້ວ ແລະ ເກັບກໍານໍ້າໜັກຕົວແບບ ທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບເຂົ້າລະບົບ GEMS.
• ໂອນຕົວແບບສະແກນແລ້ວໃສ່ຖາດອົບແຫ້ງ.
• ແຍກ ແລະ ຮ່ອນຕົວແບບຕາມການຊີ້ນໍາກ່ອນອົບຕົວແບບໃຫ້ແຫ້ງຕາມອຸນຫະພູມທີ່ກໍາໜົດໄວ້.
• ໃຊ້ເຄື່ອງ ແຍກ ແລະ ບົດ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ໄດ້ຕາມຂໍ້ກໍາໜົດ ທີ່ຕ້ອງການສຳລັບຜະລິດຕະຜົນສຸດທ້າຍ.
• ແຈ້ງທຸກບັນຫາ (ເຊັ່ນຕົວແບບປຽກເກີນໄປ, ເຄື່ອງຈັກເປ້ເພ ແລະ ອື່ນໆ) ໃຫ້ຫົວໜ້າໜ່ວຍງານຊາບ ໂດຍໄວ.
• ບົວລະບັດຮັກສາເຄື່ອງຈັກ ແລະ ອຸປະກອນຕາມການຊີ້ນໍາ.
• ຮັບປະກັນຄວາມສະອາດ ແລະ ຄວາມເປັນລະບຽບຮຽບຮ້ອຍ ຢູ່ບ່ອນເຮັດວຽກ.
• ປະຕິບັດໜ້າທີ່ວຽກງານອື່ນ ຕາມການຊີ້ນໍາຂອງຫົວໜ້າທີມ

• ສາມາດປະຕິບັດໜ້າທີ່ວຽກງານ ແລະ ຄວາມຮັບຜິດຊອບຕາມຂໍ້ກໍາໜົດ ພາກກ່ຽວຂ້ອງ.
• ຈົບການສຶກສາວິຊາຊີບຂື້ນໄປ ແລະ ສາມາດຄໍານວນຢ່າງດີ.
• ມີປະສົບການກ່ຽວກັບການກຽມຕົວຢ່າງ ຈະພີຈາລະນາເປັນພິເສດ
