We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative Salesforce solutions to our clients, driving digital transformation and maximising the value of the Salesforce platform.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop and implement Salesforce solutions that maximise platform effectiveness and drive business value for our clients
• Provide expert consultation and technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on Salesforce best practices
• Identify and recommend appropriate Salesforce products, tools and integrations to meet client needs
• Contribute to the sales cycle by providing technical expertise and supporting pre-sales activities
• Drive continuous improvement and champion new ways of working within the Salesforce practice
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

What You'll Bring

Essential:

• 10+ years of broad IT experience, with significant hands-on Salesforce expertise
• Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem
• Experience delivering solutions in an outsourced or consulting environment
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology or related discipline

Desirable:

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Architect)
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools and technologies
• Knowledge of hybrid and cloud environments
• ITIL Foundations V3
• Proven ability to lead and mentor others
