SALESFORCE TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

Duties and responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to facilitate business process analysis, gather requirements and map them to solutions that leverage sales force functionality

• Guide best practices for security model, mobile deployment strategies, workflow, data validation and analytics

• Demonstrate Sales force capabilities to solve business problems by implementing Proof of Value pilots and producing the supporting documentation.

• Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and with external vendors to achieve project goals

• Author detailed design solution and configuration specification using diagramming tools to represent business / technical processes

. * Stay current with the periodic Sales force releases and leverage the updates applicable to the organization

• Be part of a fast-paced agile scrum team and participate in planning, documentation, execution, testing, and launch of projects Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related discipline is required

• At least three years’ experience in a technical architect role and six years of Salesforce experience including two years of experience in Salesforce Community Cloud

• Experience implementing and supporting large scale, complex solutions and integration of Sales force with other platforms and technologies

• Solid knowledge of Sales force architecture and integration components; Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, data migration and both API and user interface development principles

• Sales force certification or equivalent experience with various sales force modules including: CTI, Knowledge, Communities, and Lightning UI

• Scrum or Agile methodology experience is a must with Scrum Master experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse group of clients, team members, managers, and subject matter expects (SME)

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 /year
