Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Developer (Consultant/Architect) with deep expertise in Salesforce configurations, including Flows, integrations, and data analysis. Proficiency in key Salesforce certifications like Administrator, Advanced Administration, and Platform App Builder is a must. Experience in manufacturing, construction, or fulfillment industries is valued, along with familiarity with ServiceMax integration. Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach are essential.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Salesforce solutions using declarative tools, including Flows, sharing rules, and process builder, to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive informed decision-making within the organization.
- Build and maintain Salesforce apps to streamline business processes and enhance user experience, leveraging Platform App Builder expertise.
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Salesforce configuration and development, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and offer suggestions for improvements or optimizations.
- Stay abreast of Salesforce platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance technical skills and contribute to innovation within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration, with a focus on declarative tools and processes.

- Proven expertise in Salesforce Flows, integrations, and data analysis, with a track record of successful implementations in US companies.
- Experience in the manufacturing, construction, or fulfillment industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with ServiceMax integration is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to understand requirements, propose creative solutions, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
