Sales Support Representative

Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges.

Job Summary:

The sales support representative will support the sales team by preparing sales quotes, communicating with clients & managing appointments. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions: 

• Prepare and process sales quotations, contracts.
• Maintain a log and follow-up on the quotes till closure.
• Communicate with clients to provide information and support.
• Assist the sales team in managing schedules and appointments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination.
