We are looking for Sales Support Person for a leading Packaging Company in Chennai

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SALES

➢ Making sales order & Special warranty order System Records

➢ Making Opportunity, Quotation & Sales order in CRM

➢ Making Machine Clearance Form & Coordinate with sales admin to clear the machine to plant

➢ Follow with financier for Delivery order & Machine payment

➢ Checking of monthly machine billing in SAP

➢ Checking of outstanding payment from the customer & dealer

ACCOUNTS

➢ Handling of Cash & Cash Book

➢ Handling Impress account

➢ Maintaining C Form

➢ Making margin money receipt for the customer

➢ Collection of outstanding payment from the customer
