To cope with its expansion, we are looking for top-quality candidates for the following vacancy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•          Provide excellent customer service and provide support in after sales service

•          Assist in stock management

•          Collect customer data on sales floor and input customer database accordingly

•          Provide support in other daily administrative duties in the boutique as required

REQUIREMENTS

•          2 years relevant experience in sales or customer service

•          Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

•          Proficient in using Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

•          Customer oriented, good presentation and communication skills
