Position Responsibilities

• Engage prospective customers through daily outreach (about 60+ phone calls) to recommend tailored business solutions from Uline’s 43,000+ high-quality products.

• Document new client information using Uline's CRM software.

• Create new customer accounts and identify key purchasing contacts.

• Set up appointments for prospects to meet with Uline's Monterrey Sales team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms a plus.

• Strong listening and empathy skills.

• 2+ years outbound sales call center experience.

• Industrial products experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
