The job, plainly
Cold calling. A lot of it. You'll work through US business owners, figure out who genuinely needs capital, qualify them properly, and hand over opportunities that actually convert. Volume is high and the numbers are visible daily. That suits some people brilliantly and others not at all — worth being honest with yourself before applying.

Day to day

• 150–200+ outbound calls to US prospects
• Reaching decision-makers and having a real conversation, not a script recital
• Spotting genuine funding needs and positioning the right product
• Disciplined follow-up
• Hitting daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Accurate CRM notes

Requirements

• Comfortable working US hours (2:00 PM–11:00 PM or 3:00 PM–12:00 AM).
• Have 1+ year in outbound sales, telesales or B2B (customer service experience isn't the same thing)
• Speak clear, confident English — your entire market is American
• Handle rejection without it changing how you sound on the next call
• Can commit to on-site work
• Are eligible to work in South Africa
• Bonus: fintech, business funding or financial services background, or a track record of strong objection handling.
