Sales Representative (Swimming Pool Construction)

Job Purpose

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the swimming pool construction and contracting industry. The role involves identifying potential customers, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the swimming pool construction market.
• Visit potential clients and present the company's products and services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until contracts are awarded.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of sales experience.
• Previous experience in swimming pool construction, pool contracting, or a related construction field is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and close sales.
• Valid driving license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Candidate must be currently based in Saudi Arabia
