Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Representative for Building Management Systems (BMS) to join our growing team in Budapest. This role is focused on project-based sales of technical solutions within the commercial construction sector.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in BMS solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with customers in commercial construction (contractors, developers, investors, public sector)
• Prepare commercial offers and collaborate on technical solutions
• Manage project-based sales cycles from opportunity to closing
• Lead negotiations and close contracts

Your Profile

• Experience in sales or a strong motivation to transition from a technical role into sales
• Background in electrical or electromechanical engineering
• Understanding of technical solutions used in commercial construction projects
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Native Hungarian and English at least at B2 level
• Driving license (Category B)

Nice to Have

• Network within the BMS or construction market
• Experience with subcontractors or project-based business
• Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM
