Sales Representative in the Retail Sales Department

As a Sales Representative in the Retail Sales Department, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
• Conducting product demonstrations and explaining features to customers
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
• Stocking shelves and ensuring product displays are attractive and up-to-date
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the team
• Providing feedback to management on customer preferences and sales opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or any related field.
• 0-2 years' experience in sales, preferably electrical products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (i.e. Salesforce) is desirable.
• Must have a residency in Upper Egypt areas.(Upper Egypt - Kafr El Sheikh - Minya)
• A valid driver's license and a car is a must.
• Ability to travel within the region as required
