• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Conduct outside sales activities to promote insurance products and services.
• Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including obtaining and maintaining a Property & Casualty License.
