Houston area Allstate Agents are hiring out-going, career oriented, sales professionals to join their teams as a Licensed Insurance Sales Representatives (Licensed Sales Producers)

Busy Allstate Agent looking for Licensed Sales Producers. Candidates without an insurance license but possessing a sales background will also be considered.

Base PLUS Excellent Commissions and a Professional Career path.

Key Responsibilities include:

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals.  Generating quotes and closing sales.  Meeting and exceeding new business goals.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive Base Salary plus commission

• Bonuses available as well based on meeting goals
