Title: SW Subscription Sales Ops Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Business Support, or similar operational roles within a dynamic business environment.
- Strong experience in reporting, data analysis, and business insights generation, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that support decision-making.
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in leveraging AI-powered tools and technologies to improve productivity, reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Solid understanding of quote-to-contract processes, including quote creation, pricing, discount management, approval workflows, and contract documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with experience in data management, analysis, dashboard creation, and performance tracking.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance across operational and commercial processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying process optimization opportunities and driving operational excellence.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to apply Generative AI solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-assisted analytics tools) to streamline reporting, automate workflows, and enhance business performance.
