We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Assistant who will be responsible for managing our growing consumables business and providing business insights.

This position is part of the Beckman Coulter Life Science, Taiwan commercial team located in Taipei and will be on-site role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Manage consumables quotation processes, confirm customer requirements, and support inbound lead follow-up to generate new sales opportunities in the Taiwan market.
• Providing first-level technical support to customers relating to consumables.

• Assist in preparing forecasting reports for the Taiwan commercial team.
• Provide ad hoc business support to the sales team to facilitate daily operations and business activities.
• Administration and maintenance of Channel Partner Contract and Pricing Management for Taiwan commercial team.

• Support Taiwan marketing activities, including social media marketing, event coordination, booth setup, and on-site logistics support.

The essential requirements for the job include:

• Minimum Degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Prior experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Assistant role is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English. GEPT High-Intermediate Level, TOEIC 750+, IELTS 5.5+, TOEFL iBT 72+, or equivalent English proficiency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Development of Dashboard in business visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Proficient in using AI tools to enhance content creation, marketing communications, and overall productivity.
• At least 2 years of experience in a multinational company within the life sciences or related industries.
