Position Description

Responsible for supporting sales efforts in the OEM segment by coordinating information between customer facing stakeholders and Carefree operations. The primary goal for this role is to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time, while updating customers throughout.  This position reports to the OEM Sales Manager.

Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Acting as the point person for a group of OEM accounts, answering customer inquiries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling future operational needs.
• Reviewing orders and quotes to ensure they have the correct prices, discounts, product numbers, quantities, and delivery dates.
• Reviewing the daily open order report to identify any past due orders then coordinating resolution with the operations team.
• Evaluating and preparing return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) in a timely manner.
• Coordinating a variety of operations and activities between the Broomfield and Elkhart warehouses.
• Reviewing orders and researching item availability.
• Supporting order entry function as needed including modifying existing orders, placing sample orders, placing tech stocking orders, and backing up the Order Entry group during busy times.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in an inside sales, customer service, or sales coordinator role.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
• Solid and proven computer skill set (knowledge of ERP and MS Office is preferred).
• Experience working in an administrative support capacity or other directly related experience.

Compensation and Benefits

This position is salaried non-exempt; the salary range is anticipated to be from $40,000 - $52,000 annually.
