Sales Manager (Makati) | Onsite

Schedule: Dayshift (depending on Business demand)

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years’ work experience as a Sales Manager
• Must have a minimum of 2 years sales experience with Digital Payment Solutions / Data Security Protection / Hardware Security Module (NON-NEGOTIABLE)  
• Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sales expertise: Knowledge of sales tactics, forecasting, and market analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute  sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales organization.
• Identify and engage new clients, including banks, financial institutions, retailers, and other businesses.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
