Sales Manager for I.T

As a Sales Manager for I.T at Octal Philippines Inc., you will spearhead our sales efforts in the technology sector. Your responsibilities include developing targeted sales strategies that align with market trends and customer needs. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base. Utilizing your expertise in information technology, you will tailor our service offerings to meet client specifications. Monitoring sales metrics and team performance will be crucial, ensuring that we consistently achieve or exceed our sales targets. You will engage in high-level discussions with clients, present innovative solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to refine our offerings.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales role in IT Consulting/ IT Software, with a clear track record of exceeding targets. At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity is highly preferred.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field from an accredited university.
• Leadership Acumen: Demonstrable ability to lead, inspire, and develop a sales team.
• Strategic Thinker: Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Must be fully proficient in both written and spoken English and Filipino.
• Bonus Skill: Proficiency in additional languages or experience with CRM software is a strong advantage.
