We have launched under a main goal: to provide our clients with a mix of consulting and information services to meet their requirements and contribute to the formulation of the general vision necessary for their appearance in a unique way in front of their audience to ensure the continuity of their business and the success of their goals.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans.

Responsibilities

·         Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

·         Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

·         Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans, analyzing trends and results

·         Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met

·         Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

·         Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Requirements

·         BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

·         Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager at least two years.

·         Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

·         Knowledge about digital marketing and manage social media websites.

·         Excellent negotiation skills

·         Turkish and Arabic are required
