Position: Sales Development Representative

Working Hours: US Hours ( Part Time)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

We are looking for a friendly, ambitious, and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company dedicated to supporting women navigating infertility.

This is a remote, part-time independent contractor position with hours increasing over time:

• Month 1: Approximately 4 hours per day
• Month 2: Approximately 6 hours per day
• Month 3: Approximately 7–8 hours per day (depending on business needs)

Key Responsibilities

• Source high-quality leads using sales prospecting tools and databases.
• Research and identify potential customers.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
• Conduct initial outreach and intake conversations.
• Maintain accurate lead information within the CRM.
• Manage and update the sales pipeline.
• Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the team to improve lead generation strategies.
• Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or SDR/BDR roles.
• Hands-on experience using sales prospecting platforms such as Apollo.io, Seamless.AI, or similar lead generation software.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software.
• Professional appearance and presentation during video meetings.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
