Salary Range:  PHP 60,000 - 70,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role

• Manage outreach to influencers that have yet to book calls/meetings with sales reps
• Ensure that the outreach system (smartlead) is working properly. Example, no pauses in the sequences, stoppers, etc.
• Handle inquiries and responses in a timely manner as they come in from prospects
• Reach out to prospects via Ramon’s socials or email as Ramon
• Book meetings on sales calendars
• Track outreach activities, goals, and targets within Asana
• Escalate prospect inquiries as needed
• Enrich and update CRM data on a daily basis - weekly reviews
  Consistently maintain “inbox zero” daily

The Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with SDR outreach activities (verbal and written comms)
• Familiarity with AI tools and using them in a sales aspect
• Experience with Smartlead and Asana
• Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Gmail and Slack experience for internal comms
• Understanding of influencer marketing/creators
