Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing team at Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this colleague plays a key role in supporting both group and leisure sales efforts, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across teams. This is a vital role within the resort, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to Amangiri’s continued commercial success. This position will be based in Los Angeles, California.
Responsibilities
· Support the Sales and Marketing team in administrative and coordination tasks.
· Manage group and leisure enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
· Prepare contracts, proposals, and reports for prospective and current clients.
· Coordinate site visits and client itineraries in collaboration with operational teams.
· Maintain accurate client records and databases.
· Assist with internal communication between Sales, Front Office, and Reservations.
· Track and manage sales leads through appropriate systems.
· Assist in the creation of sales presentations and marketing collateral.
· Coordinate with the Events team to support execution of confirmed group programmes.
· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
· Previous experience in a hospitality sales or administrative support role preferred.
· Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
· High level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across departments.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; Opera experience an advantage.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
· Flexibility to work weekends or holidays based on business needs.
· Professional and polished presentation.
· A passion for service and a strong understanding of luxury hospitality.
