Job Summary

As a Sales Advisor for Tommy Hilfiger in Oostende, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional client service and driving sales within our retail environment. This role is offered for 24-30 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities

* Provide an outstanding and personalized shopping experience for every customer, exceeding their expectations.
* Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer expert advice on product selection, styling, and brand features.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques and product knowledge.
* Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the store is always clean, organized, and inviting.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
* Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and restocking merchandise.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
* Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

* Proven experience in Client Service within a retail environment.
* Demonstrable Sales skills with a track record of achieving targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
* A passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the Tommy Hilfiger brand aesthetic.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by retail operations.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Dutch and/or French is highly desirable (specific language requirements may vary).
* Prior experience in a premium fashion brand is a plus.
* Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
