Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Support the Account Manager with daily administrative and operational activities.
• Follow up on customer emails and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Coordinate and track sample shipments with internal teams.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address inquiries and provide updates.
• Manage and follow up on commercial and administrative documentation.
• Update databases, reports, and tracking tools to ensure information accuracy.
• Coordinate activities across multiple internal departments to meet customer expectations.
• Proactively identify and follow up on open actions to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience and high service standards.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or administrative roles.
• Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High level of accountability and follow-through.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
