Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

• Promotion Women's Health and Cancer products in the market.
• Organize and coordinate training for new and existing customers and distributors.
• Maintain close interaction with distributor representatives to promote WH&C products in the market.
• Expand and maintain expert knowledge of client needs, local healthcare trends, competitor products, technological methods, and product usage (qualitative and quantitative).
• Build, monitor, and analyze data on product presence in key market segments related to clinical and molecular laboratory diagnostics.
• Participate in preparation and launch of new products in line with local market dynamics.
• Apply business models that enhance competitiveness through service focus and long-term mutually beneficial relationships with end-users.
• Establish and develop strong business contacts with leading specialists in laboratory diagnostics.
• Organize and coordinate marketing activities (seminars, round tables), train end-users, and develop promotional strategies for Waters products.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze market information.

About you

• Degree in laboratory medicine, biology, or biotechnology; knowledge in cytology and/or molecular biology is an advantage.
• 3-5 years of proven success in a sales-related role within the diagnostic industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of molecular biology and cytology laboratory processes and techniques.
• Nice to have experience collaborating with physicians, especially gynecologists and cytologists/pathologists, is beneficial.
• Awareness of emerging market trends in cervical cancer screening.
• Fluency in the local language is required, along with a strong command of English.
