The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Analyst to join our Sales Performance team, supporting Sales Leadership with data-driven insights that improve performance, incentives, and commercial decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills and a genuine interest in commercial analytics who wants to develop into a well-rounded Sales Performance professional.

You’ll work closely with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams to turn data into clear, actionable insight.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities

• Build and maintain sales dashboards and KPI reporting (primarily in Excel)

• Support commission and incentive reporting processes

• Translate data into clear, commercially relevant insights

• Deliver ad hoc analysis for Sales Leadership

• Help improve reporting accuracy, efficiency and structure

• Collaborate cross-functionally and with international Verisure teams

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in a sales, commercial, finance or analytical role

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, nested formulas, data manipulation) – essential

• Experience analysing sales or commercial performance data

• Ability to explain the “why” behind numbers, not just report them

• Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

• Confident communicator who can present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• Exposure to Power BI or other BI tools desirable (not essential)

• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused

• Comfortable working cross-functionally
