Sales Agent

You will also collaborate with our marketing team to implement effective strategies that drive property sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for persuasion.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with clients and offer exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet client needs.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• A valid driving license and access to a car is preferred.
• Open to both experienced agents and recent graduates from reputable universities.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
