Sales Advisor - Retail Banking

Our client, a leading financial institution in Nigeria, is seeking a results-driven Marketer to join its Retail Banking team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, mobilizing deposits, promoting the bank's retail banking products and services, and achieving assigned sales and business development targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and acquire new retail banking customers.
• Mobilize deposits and grow the bank's customer base.
• Promote and sell retail banking products, including savings and current accounts, loans, cards, and digital banking solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage retention and business growth.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert prospects into active customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, customer acquisition, and deposit mobilization targets.
• Ensure customer onboarding complies with KYC and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve customer enquiries promptly and maintain accurate customer records.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree or HND in any discipline.

• 1-3 years' experience in retail banking, marketing, sales, or business development.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and achieving sales targets.
• Good knowledge of retail banking products, KYC processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, prospecting, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Applicants residing within the Victoria Island, Lekki, Ajah, Ibeju and Epe axis will have an added advantage.
