Sales Advisor

Do you have experience internationally and locally? A luxury brand company in the retail sector is looking to hire four Sales Associates for a  Luxury designer brand  in its retail outlet in Lagos.  

• The Sales Associate represents the brand to our customers. As a Sales Associate you provide premium service and a great shopping experience according to the standards in stores situated at premium locations in various key fashion cities.  

The Sales Associates in the Stores main responsibilities are: 

• Provide excellent customer service in all areas of the store

• Demonstrate suggestive selling and add on sales 

• Keep up to date with the daily store business and other routines.

• Emphasis on selling and customer service but tasks as stock replenishment need to be done with great care.

• Inform management of issues or developments when necessary.

• Keep up to date with daily sales figures, personal targets.

• Take Visual Merchandise guidelines into account and assist the team in store.

• Contribute to and build a positive morale with Store Management and co-workers

• Help colleagues when help is needed in sales, cleaning, window dressing, stockroom, replenishing and all other daily operations to keep the store up and running in best possible way.

• Attend sales, customer service or visual merchandise training and work meetings when organized by store management.

University Degree or its equivalent

Excellent communication skills

Minimum of 3 years work experience in retail sales
